4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

4.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within seven (7) days from the delivery of the product to themselves or the designated individual/organization. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify www.buldumlarbaharat.com via fax, email, or phone within this period, and the product must remain unused in accordance with the relevant provisions. Upon exercising this right, it is mandatory to return the product delivered to the Buyer or a third party to www.buldumlarbaharat.com along with the original invoice and a copy of the cargo delivery receipt. Within seven (7) days following the receipt of these documents, the product price will be refunded to the Buyer. If the original invoice is not submitted, VAT and other legal obligations (if any) cannot be refunded. The shipping cost for returning the product due to withdrawal is borne by the Buyer.

4.2. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods produced or customized according to the consumer’s specific requests or needs, or for goods that are perishable or may expire quickly due to their nature.

4.3. If the payment is made using a credit card or a similar payment method, the consumer may request the cancellation of the payment on the grounds that the card was used unlawfully or without their consent. In such cases, the card issuer shall refund the payment amount to the consumer within ten (10) days of receiving the objection.

4.4. Requests will be processed based on the delivery method chosen by the Buyer at the time of order placement. Products can either be picked up directly from our Istanbul-based company or sent via cargo upon request. Orders will be handed over to the cargo company no later than ten (10) business days after the order is confirmed. The shipping cost for cargo deliveries will be added to the total order amount.

4.5. If the withdrawal notification is submitted within the specified period, the Seller will refund the product/service fee and any applicable delivery charges to the Buyer within 14 days. The reflection of refunds made to credit cards on the Buyer’s credit card statement is at the discretion of the respective bank. Therefore, the Buyer cannot hold the Seller responsible for such delays.

5. GENERAL TERMS

5.1. The Buyer declares that they have read and acknowledged all prior information regarding the essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product(s) subject to the agreement, as stated in Article 3, and provided the necessary confirmation electronically.

5.2. The product(s) subject to the agreement will be delivered to the Buyer or the designated individual/organization within the period specified in the prior information, depending on the delivery address and without exceeding the statutory 30-day period. This period may be extended by up to 10 additional days, provided the Buyer is informed in advance.

5.3. If the product subject to the agreement is to be delivered to an individual/organization other than the Buyer, www.buldumlarbaharat.com cannot be held liable if the individual/organization refuses the delivery.

5.4. www.buldumlarbaharat.com is responsible for delivering the product subject to the agreement in an intact, complete state, in compliance with the specifications mentioned in the order, and along with any applicable warranty certificates and user manuals.

5.5. The delivery of the product subject to the order requires payment by the method chosen by the Buyer. If the product price is not paid or is canceled in the bank records for any reason, www.buldumlarbaharat.com will be deemed free from its obligation to deliver the product.

5.6. If the product is delivered but the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay www.buldumlarbaharat.com due to unauthorized or unlawful use of the Buyer’s credit card through no fault of the Buyer, the Buyer must return the product to www.buldumlarbaharat.com within three (3) days. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by the Buyer.

5.7. If www.buldumlarbaharat.com cannot deliver the product on time due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances such as adverse weather conditions or transportation disruptions, it is obligated to inform the Buyer. In such cases, the Buyer may choose to cancel the order, replace the product with an equivalent, or extend the delivery period until the impeding circumstances are resolved. If the Buyer cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded within ten (10) days.

5.8. Products sold with or without a warranty certificate that are defective or malfunctioning can be returned to www.buldumlarbaharat.com for necessary repairs under warranty terms. In such cases, shipping costs will be covered by www.buldumlarbaharat.com.
